Futurum Architecture

Futurum Architecture is an architecture studio founded in Kraków in 2015 by Dr Beata Skalska-Cimer, a licensed architect and member of the Polish Chamber of Architects. The studio designs family homes and other buildings in Poland, guiding clients through the process from initial plot assessment to building permit and detailed technical design. Its services include checking local planning rules, access, utilities and site constraints; developing concepts and visualisations; preparing planning and permit documentation; submitting permit applications; and coordinating structural and building-services designs. Interior design is also available, with layouts, material selections, bespoke joinery and cost planning developed to complement the architecture.

Futurum Architecture’s portfolio includes family houses, a sports hall in Andrychów, and adaptations of historic religious buildings, including churches and a monastery. The studio has also completed more than 70 interior design projects. Its approach emphasizes personal consultation, agreed schedules, coordinated design disciplines and support with approvals and contact with authorities.
