Frame by Frame, established in 2006 by Kajsa Naess, is a dynamic organization that fosters creativity in the animation industry. Born out of a desire for engaging activities during her time at home, Kajsa teamed up with Tom-Erik Lønnerød and Lise Fearnley, both passionate figures in Norwegian animation, to create a platform that enhances the culture of animation in Norway. The organization is dedicated to supporting animators through various events and workshops, funded by ticket sales and generous contributions from the community.

Frame by Frame is designed for industry professionals, providing opportunities for collaboration and skill development. The team boasts talented members such as Yaprak Morali, an animator and illustrator, Lise Fearnley, a noted producer and co-founder of Mikrofilm, and Kajsa Naess herself, a celebrated director and animator behind award-winning projects like The Danish Poet. Together, they contribute to a vibrant animation community that thrives on passion, innovation, and collaboration, inviting guests and industry leaders to enrich the program further.
