Fysiovenus

Fysiovenus is the practice of Julia Rautkoski, a physiotherapist and breastfeeding counsellor based in central Lahti, Finland. Focused on women’s health, pregnancy and recovery after childbirth, the practice offers individualized, client-centred care in a warm and supportive setting. Services include maternity physiotherapy for pregnancy-related pain, exercise, birth preparation, postpartum assessment and abdominal separation rehabilitation.
