FyzioUp

FyzioUp is a private physiotherapy clinic in central Ostrava, led by physiotherapist Mgr. Eva Lembasová. The practice focuses on urogynecological physiotherapy and care for the pelvic floor in women and men. Its services include gynecological physiotherapy, support during pregnancy and after childbirth, and treatment for pelvic-floor-related concerns. FyzioUp also provides scar therapy, visceral therapy, care for the temporomandibular (jaw) joint, and physiotherapy for the wider musculoskeletal system. Modern diagnostic ultrasound is used as part of the therapeutic approach.

Located on the fourth floor of Palác Elektra in Ostrava-Moravská Ostrava, FyzioUp operates as a private healthcare facility and is not contracted with health insurance companies. Services are paid for directly by clients. The clinic offers information for clients and appointment reservations through its website, although capacity for new clients is currently full through the end of 2026. FyzioUp says it will provide an update about possible new bookings at the beginning of 2027.
