With a focus on products for wild birds, the company offers a broad range of feed, including wild bird seed, peanuts, fat balls, suet blocks, several types of sunflower seed and mealworms. Customers can also purchase its products online through Birdfeed Online, providing a direct option alongside its wholesale distribution.

Based at Bates Green Farm in Arlington, East Sussex, G2 Distributions is open to the public on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., subject to delivery schedules. Visitors are asked to call ahead to confirm availability. The business shares updates about its latest products and farm life on Facebook. Combining wholesale supply with online sales and in-person public opening hours, G2 Distributions serves both trade customers and members of the public looking for bird feed.
