With a strong educational background that includes a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University Maryland, she specializes in spiritually integrative psychodynamic counseling. Ms. Gainer supports individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and crises of meaning, facilitating personal growth and the development of effective life skills.
