GAINZ

GAINZ, or Glass Art In NZ, is a platform dedicated to supporting and advancing the glass art industry in New Zealand. It brings together artists, makers, crafters, suppliers, galleries, collectors and others interested in glass art, offering a place to connect, share information and collaborate. Its goal is to celebrate and support the many aspects of New Zealand glass art while helping bridge gaps between people and organisations across the industry.

GAINZ provides a range of resources and opportunities for the glass art community. Visitors can explore exhibition projects and galleries, discover industry suppliers and education providers, and access online learning, glass art podcasts and a glass volume converter. The site also features editorial articles, artist interviews and the My Dream Studio series, alongside information about the International Year of Glass. Exhibition highlights have included Focus On Glass, Isolation Creations and Curious Glassy Xmas. GAINZ also offers plinth hire and invites people to join its Facebook discussion group.
