LAG "Micro-Regiunea Vailor Crisurilor Alb si Negru"is a public-private partnership established in 2011 and currently has a number of 70 partners. The partnership of the LAG "Micro-Regiunea Vailor Crisurilor Alb si Negru" is as follows: - Local Public Administrations: 24 of which: 23 ATUs: 21 communes and 2 small towns with less than 20,000 inhabitants; 1 local public administration with a share of 34.28%; - Companies with private capital: 37, with a share of 52.86%; - NGO: 6, with a share of 8.57%; - Individuals: 3, with a weight of 4.29%; The GAL-MVC Association aims to bring together partners from socio-economic sectors relevant to the area (mainly the agricultural sector: cereals, oilseeds, vegetables and animal husbandry), partners who have declared their commitment to building an organization. non-governmental organizations in order to actively participate in the development of the micro-region through the active involvement of community members in the process of developing the SDL. The territory covered by the public-private partnership of the LAG Association Black and White Valley Crisis Microregion includes 23 localities, namely: Chisineu-Cris and Santana, Apateu, Archis, Beliu, Craiva, Cermei, Graniceri, Hasmas, Livada, Macea, Misca, Olari, Pilu, Sepreus, Simand, Sintea-Mare, Seleus, Socodor, Sofronea, Zarand, Zerind, Zimandu Nou, with a total population of 79,616 inhabitants. All communes are located on the territory of Arad county, at a distance between 10 and 87 km from the city of Arad, and in the case of Graniceri commune only 2 km from the border with Hungary, respectively the city of Elek.
