Galada Dating and Relating

Galada Dating and Relating offers bespoke consultations, coaching and relationship support for people seeking to understand their experiences and build healthier relationships. Led by Leena, a psychological therapist and coach, the brand provides guidance on dating, break-ups, emotional patterns and personal development, drawing on behavioural, cognitive, energy, language and physical techniques. Its services include individual consulting, real-time dating coaching, matchmaking and urgent help, with options for both singles and couples. Coaching is available by text message or in face-to-face and online sessions; some plans include body-language analysis and modification.

Galada also offers Sail Away coaching sessions and a five-day sailing retreat focused on strengthening life and emotional wellbeing. Leena’s work is connected to a sailing adventure with Al and their cat, Elzie, currently along Spain’s coast. Guests may be able to join them sailing for a week or two by contacting them through YouTube. The website also features articles on relationships, emotional pain, addiction, self-understanding and personal growth, alongside client testimonials describing supportive consultations and practical paths toward change.
