About Galerie Nicolas Robert
Galerie Nicolas Robert is a contemporary art gallery founded by Nicolas Robert in 2011. Located on the 5th floor of the Belgo Building in downtown Montréal, the gallery has been a prominent platform for exhibiting emerging and experienced artists. In 2014, the gallery expanded and relocated to a 1,200 sq ft space on King Street in the historic district of Old Montréal. Galerie Nicolas Robert continues to showcase artists from its stable, as well as invited artists, and is committed to promoting contemporary art.
The gallery features ongoing exhibitions by talented artists such as Carl Trahan, with his thought-provoking "Sur les cendres des astres" series. It also presents virtual exhibitions and projects like Babak Golkar's captivating "The Return Project" in collaboration with MTL Espace projets. Galerie Nicolas Robert has expanded its presence to Toronto, where it currently exhibits Sameer Farooq's remarkable work, "Cheek by Jowl."
