About Galinou
Le Jardin d’En Galinou is a garden in the Lauragais region of France, presented as a place to discover through photographs, stories and video. Its website documents the garden’s development over time, including a series of before-and-after images spanning 35 years, alongside an album containing thousands of photographs. Visitors can explore the garden’s history and follow its journal for updates and observations.
The site also provides information for people wishing to come and see the garden, as well as an option to receive news by email. Its media and links offer further ways to learn about the place, including a film by Philippe Minot from the Jardin-Jardinier series, which features the garden and notes its recognition with a prize from Jardiner Autrement. The site also points to the garden’s Facebook page and introduces ikebana as another way of seeing and engaging with nature.
Rather than presenting a retail range, Jardin d’En Galinou shares its garden, its visual archive and its perspective on nature with visitors and online audiences
