Galleria Lara e Rino Costa is an art gallery based in Valenza, Italy, with a history of championing modern and contemporary art and rediscovering overlooked historic artists. Founded in 1990 in Casale Monferrato, the gallery opened with an exhibition devoted to Nuovo Futurismo, featuring artists including G. A.
Abate, D. Innocente, Marco Lodola, U. Postal and Plumcake.
It later focused on Nuclearism and Spatialism, presenting a solo exhibition of Alberto Biasi in 1996. Drawing on Rino Costa’s decades of experience, the gallery has hosted hundreds of artists and built a collection spanning numerous practitioners. Its curatorial approach emphasizes research and artistic rediscovery rather than following market fashions.
Since relocating to Valenza in 2003, the gallery has presented exhibitions and events, introduced its represented artists, and taken part in art fairs, including Arte Fiera Bologna, Vernice Art Fair, Art Parma Fair and PaviArt.
