Gallery de Boer

Gallery de Boer – Fine Art is an art gallery in Owen Sound, Ontario, built on more than five decades of experience buying, selling, evaluating and caring for important works. Led by Ron de Boer, the gallery presents a curated collection of fine art across Impressionistic, Contemporary, Indigenous and Traditional styles. Its featured works include landscapes, wildlife and other subjects, with selected pieces offered through a retirement and gallery-closing sale.

Beyond art sales, Gallery de Boer provides guidance for collectors, estates, businesses and organizations. Its services include collection and estate management, acquisition and brokerage, downsizing and sales, and professional evaluations for insurance, resale, estates, probate and charitable donations. The gallery also offers knowledgeable assessment and access to restoration and conservation services, along with coordination of national and international shipping and specialized crating when needed. Ron’s expertise encompasses artwork condition, provenance, value, insurance, storage and long-term care. As he prepares to retire from day-to-day gallery operations, Gallery de Boer continues to help clients explore, acquire and manage fine art.
