The Galway Football Association (Galway FA) is a volunteer organisation responsible for association football across Galway City and County. Based at Eamonn Deacy Park on Dyke Road in Galway, it supports local clubs and players by organising competitions and sharing information about the game in the region. Its programmes include boys’ and girls’ leagues and cups across age groups, as well as youth and junior competitions.

The association’s website provides fixtures, results, competition listings and a team directory, helping players, clubs, families and supporters follow local football. It also offers facility booking information and confirmed booking schedules for EDP facilities, alongside administrative resources such as committee details, club secretary contacts, downloads and regulations for Eamonn Deacy Stadium. Galway FA promotes participation and inclusion through resources including Show Racism The Red Card, FAI intercultural materials and FAI Clubmark information.
