GamblingHelpOnline

Gambling Help Online is an Australian support service for people affected by gambling, including individuals, family members, friends and professionals. It provides free, anonymous assistance around the clock, with options designed to suit different needs and levels of comfort. Visitors can chat online with a gambling counsellor, contact counsellors by email, call the national helpline on 1800 858 858, or find local support services across Australian states and territories.

The website also offers practical tools and information to help people understand their gambling, recognise potential harms and take steps toward change. Resources include gambling assessments, self-help modules, guidance on setting limits and managing finances, and advice for supporting someone else. A community forum lets users connect with peers, share strategies and encourage one another. Information is also available for health and community workers, teachers and other professionals. With content in multiple languages and pathways for both immediate help and longer-term support, Gambling Help Online helps users explore their options and find assistance that fits their circumstances.
