Game.eus is a video game acceleration campus based in Vitoria-Gasteiz, created to strengthen the Basque Country’s position as a hub for video game talent and industry. Its six-week, in-person program supports independent game development teams as they move projects toward a more professional and sustainable footing. The 2026 edition runs from June 15 to July 23.
Participants receive training and mentoring from industry professionals, along with accommodation and half-board expenses. The program also supports teams attending major industry events, including Gamescom in Cologne, BCN Game Fest in Barcelona, and BIG Conference in Bilbao, covering a substantial part of the associated costs. Applications are submitted by teams and include information about their studio, game, audience, competitors, business model, and project status.
Game.eus aims to make Vitoria-Gasteiz a reference point for the sector, attract talent, and help establish a lasting video game ecosystem in Euskadi. The program is directed by the European University Gasteiz Foundation.
