The Gamma Training department comprises two schools: the Sistemică de Formare School (accredited by the College of Psychologists) and the Activare a Sinelui School (personal development).

These schools offer courses almost every week, with approximately 100 students enrolled each year for complementary training and personal development. Their Gamma Clinic Psychology department focuses on health and provides diverse psychological services through individual, family, and couples sessions, as well as workshops on various topics of interest.
