12 Ganter Oktoberfest

Ganter Oktoberfest Freiburg is an annual autumn festival organised by GOF Veranstaltungs GmbH in partnership with Ganter Brauerei. Held on the brewery grounds in Freiburg im Breisgau since 2014, it brings together live music, regional food, beer and a festive atmosphere inspired by both Baden and Bavarian traditions. The 2026 event marks its 12th edition and runs from 24 September to 3 October, with eight evenings of festivities.

Visitors can enjoy Ganter Festbier brewed especially for the occasion, performances by live bands and local music groups, and hearty dishes such as pretzels, sharing platters and warm meals. The venue includes a festival hall and outdoor area with a beer stand and a Sekt- and wine-alm. Ticket options include individual admission, tables with food, and VIP tables offering beer, shared platters and warm dishes. The event also provides programme information, ticket reservations and visitor guidance, including public transport and parking advice. Dress in traditional attire if desired; it is welcome but not required.
