Ganzheitliches Sehtraining

Karin Lentes-Dehm – Ganzheitliches Sehtraining is a vision-training practice focused on identifying and addressing visual perception difficulties that may contribute to children’s learning challenges. Led by a state-certified master optician and functional optometrist, the practice supports families whose children experience problems with reading, writing, concentration, attention, or visual comfort.

Services include a holistic eye examination to assess whether visual perception issues are present, followed by individualized vision training where appropriate. The practice explains how difficulties such as unsteady eye movements, trouble coordinating both eyes, or fluctuating focus can affect reading and learning. Training is based on the principle that visual functions involved in learning can be exercised.

The practice also provides information about symptoms of visual dysfunction and offers guidance on learning-related concerns and myopia prevention. Its approach is intended to help families better understand possible visual factors behind a child’s difficulties and seek professional support, particularly when symptoms are causing ongoing stress at home or school. Prospective clients can contact Karin Lentes-Dehm to discuss an examination and next steps.
