Gapensi, short for Gabungan Pelaksana Konstruksi Nasional Indonesia, is a national construction services association. It was established in Tretes, East Java, on January 8, 1959, making it the oldest and largest construction services association in Indonesia. Gapensi is a legally recognized organization, approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, and accredited by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing.

It brings together members who engage in construction-related businesses. As of the end of 2020, Gapensi had a total of 26,472 contractor companies as members, ranging from small to large enterprises and specialists, spread across all 34 provinces and 473 districts/cities in Indonesia. As an accredited construction services association, Gapensi is committed to empowering its members through various programs.

These include establishing the Gamana Krida Bhakti Business Certification Agency and the Gatensi Construction Work Profession Certification Agency, as well as conducting sustainable business development programs such as providing access to construction markets, capital, technology, equipment, and materials. Gapensi has been recognized for its excellence and received the KADIN AWARD NUGRAHA ADHIKA as the best-ranked member of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. With its strong organizational structure and commitment to its members, Gapensi strives to enhance the construction industry in Indonesia
