Gasser Zanderzucht is a family-run fish-farming business in the Ravensburg district of Germany, built on a multigenerational agricultural tradition. The family began developing its fish-farming operation in 2001, when it created three ponds near the Pfrunger-Burgweiler Ried nature reserve. In 2020, the addition of the Ellerazhofer Weiher expanded its managed pond area to approximately 50 hectares.

With extensive experience in pond management, the business focuses particularly on raising zander and offers a range of fish for stocking and consumption. Its selection includes zander, carp, mirror carp, tench, roach, rudd, and other stocking and food fish; feed fish are also mentioned among its offerings.
