About Gaston Young Guns
Gaston Young Guns Shooting Sports is a nonprofit organization dedicated to keeping shooting sports active through youth education and training. Its mission emphasizes firearm safety, responsibility, respect, and positive attitudes, while helping preserve the shooting heritage for future generations. The organization offers opportunities for young people to participate in team-based shooting activities, including a Skeet Shooting Team, a Tournament Skeet Shooting Team, and a Scholastic Action Shooting Program (SASP) Team.
It also organizes recreation, events, and tournaments, including activities connected with Gastonia Parks & Recreation, skeet shooting, and SASP.
