About Gastro Atelier eventos
Gastro Atelier is a boutique events and hospitality brand based in Vitacura, Chile, bringing together thoughtful cuisine and attentive service to create private, exclusive, and memorable gatherings. Located in the heart of Alonso de Córdova, its space provides a setting for experiences shaped around each occasion, with close attention to detail, quality, intimacy, and authenticity.
The brand offers corporate events, private dining, and gastronomic tourism, as well as breakfasts, brunches, coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners. Its services also include weddings and private celebrations, brand launches, workshops, team-building activities, team meetings, and board meetings.
Gastro Atelier is led by partners Karla Lodis and Pilar Astorga. Astorga directs the culinary offering, drawing on experience at El Celler de Can Roca, El Bulli, and Le Petit Nice, and a respect for the simplicity and authenticity of ingredients. Lodis leads hospitality and commercial direction; she studied at Vatel France’s School of Management and Hospitality and focuses on warm service, careful details, and concepts that complement the cuisine.
