Gatehouse Satcom develops software and validation tools for satellite communications, helping satellite operators and service providers take systems from early feasibility work to live operation. With three decades of engineering experience across more than 15 satellite communication technologies, the company supports solutions designed for demanding network environments and long-term operational needs.

Its product portfolio covers 5G non-terrestrial networks (NTN), including NB-IoT software for low-power devices and large-scale satellite IoT, and New Radio software for broadband services on mobile 5G devices. Offerings include eNodeB and gNodeB software, reference equipment, demonstrators, validation platforms, and feasibility studies. For established L-band BGAN services, Gatehouse Satcom provides protocol stacks, application frameworks, software-defined radio solutions, testing tools, and network emulation. It also offers satcom test tools for unmanned aerial vehicles.
