GateOne Events is a platform for organizations, churches and event teams to manage event registration, payments and on-the-day operations. It brings ticketing, paid voting, payment links and volunteer coordination together, helping teams create public pages and collect payments in local currency. Organizers can set ticket tiers, discount codes and capacity limits, while attendees receive QR tickets by email or SMS and can be checked in from a phone without installing an app.

Paid voting tools support categories, contestants, branded pages and live leaderboards. Payment links can be configured for product sales, invoices, school fees, donations, offerings and fundraising, with fixed or flexible amounts and progress tracking. GateOne also provides QR check-in, badge printing, attendee messaging by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and automatic delivery of programmes and passes.

Volunteer features include role-based sign-ups, application review and approval, and team broadcasts. Payments are routed through Paystack or Stripe across Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany and Belgium
