Gatherings RVA

Gatherings is an event styling and planning business serving Richmond, Virginia, and its surrounding community. The brand helps clients create original, memorable celebrations shaped around their personal style and vision, from intimate get-togethers to large-scale events. Its services cover weddings, rehearsal dinners, evening soirees, holiday parties, corporate banquets, and other special occasions.

Gatherings offers customizable service packages to suit different planning needs. The Event Styling and Coordination package is for clients who have handled the main planning but want professional support before and during the event. Gatherings can help manage vendors and details, style and set up the venue, add finishing touches, and coordinate the event day. For clients seeking more comprehensive assistance, the Full Event Planning package provides support from start to finish, including help selecting a venue, caterer, floral designer, and other event elements, along with vendor management, coordination, and styling.

Packages can be tailored to individual needs, whether clients want help with selected services or prefer full-service planning.
