Gavi CSO Constituency is a platform established in 2010 by Civil Society representatives to engage global CSOs as key stakeholders in advocating for community voices at the policy level. With over 450 member CSOs from around the world, the constituency includes a diverse range of organizations, from large international NGOs to local and national CSOs, as well as national pediatric associations and technical and service-delivery agencies. The Gavi-supported national CSO platforms for immunization and health systems form a vital foundation for the constituency.

Their vision is to provide the perspective and voice of Civil Society for better health outcomes, focusing on improving immunization coverage for hard-to-reach and underserved populations. The Gavi CSO Constituency works closely with Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, to ensure the voices and needs of communities are at the center of decision-making regarding immunization policies and programs. Recently, Amref Health Africa was appointed as the new host organization to mobilize and support CSOs in strengthening health systems and delivering immunization services.
