About GayCalgary
GayCalgary is a brand that has been working diligently for 31 years to support and promote the GLBT community. Originally starting as a dial-up bulletin board system called Men for Men in 1992, they have now evolved into GayCalgary, offering a range of services. Their website, GayCalgary Online, and their magazine, GayCalgary Magazine, are subdivisions of their business.
GayCalgary is committed to inclusivity and serves as a platform for all members of the GLBTTQQA community. They believe in the power of unity and strive to cater to the diverse needs and perspectives within the community. By providing inclusive content, GayCalgary encourages understanding and awareness among different subgroups.
Additionally, GayCalgary values the importance of preserving history and ensuring the achievements and stories of the GLBT community are recorded. They collaborate with the Glenbow Museum of Calgary to archive their artifacts, such as past magazine editions, ensuring they are preserved for future generations.
