Gayong Anak Harimau Australia (GAHA Silat) is a Western Australian martial arts organisation established in 2007. It practises Silat Seni Gayong, a traditional form of Pencak Silat, with an emphasis on preserving authentic lineage and showing respect for its cultural heritage. GAHA presents Pencak Silat as an art, a sport, and a form of self-defence, making its activities relevant to both cultural and athletic interests.
The organisation operates as a martial arts school and develops athletes at all levels. Its work also includes cultural performances and combat demonstrations, offering opportunities to experience Silat beyond training. GAHA is a recognised member organisation of the Australian Pencak Silat Federation (APSF), connecting its activities with the wider Australian Pencak Silat community.
Based in Perth, GAHA serves locations in both the northern and southern parts of the city. It welcomes enquiries from people seeking information or support and provides contact by email. Whether exploring martial arts, cultural performance, or combat sport, visitors can learn more about the organisation and its practice through GAHA Silat.
