Gracie Barra Aloha Stadium is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school in Honolulu, Hawaii, and part of the global Gracie Barra network. It offers structured instruction in a safe, welcoming environment, helping students develop martial arts skills, fitness, confidence, discipline, and self-defense abilities. Programs serve children and adults at different experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

The Gracie Barra Kids program introduces children to age-appropriate Jiu-Jitsu, emphasizing respect, confidence, self-defense, takedowns, and ground techniques. The GB1 fundamentals program teaches core skills and the school’s training philosophy, while GB2 builds on that foundation with advanced techniques, complex drills, No-Gi training, and live sessions. Experienced students can progress to GB3, which offers more challenging drills and intensive training for blue belts and above. The school also provides a women’s program focused on core techniques in an inclusive, supportive setting, with a path to advanced classes.

Located at 4510 Salt Lake Boulevard, Gracie Barra Aloha Stadium welcomes students to explore its programs and book a free first class.
