With the capacity to double the output of their plant, Green Biofuels Ireland utilizes Irish UCO (Used Cooking Oil) and Category 1 Waste Tallow resources to produce high-quality biodiesel. By converting Irish feedstock into biofuel, they aim to retain the valuable Irish resource and contribute to the local economy.

In partnership with SGS, a renowned testing and certification company, Green Biofuels Ireland is determining their carbon score on CAT3 Tallow, ensuring the sustainability of their processes. Moreover, they are exploring the possibility of establishing their own UCO collection points.

Notably, the Irish Government legislation mandates that 13% of diesel and petrol delivered at Irish fuel pumps must be biofuel. With this in mind, Green Biofuels Ireland is trusted for their reliable supply of biofuel and their contribution to reducing CO2 emissions. By 2030, this percentage could increase to 38% depending on government action.
