Gboards Australia, located in Torquay VIC, is a well-established brand with a rich history in the surf industry. For over 80 years, the Garrard Family has been teaching people how to surf and has been deeply involved in the surfing community. Their legacy began when Paul's grandfather, an Olympic wrestler, met and surfed with the legendary Duke Kahanamoku during a stopover in Hawaii.

Inspired by this experience, he brought back solid redwood boards that were used at Torquay beach and the surrounding breaks. Since 1999, Gboards has been a leader in the soft board market, supplying learn-to-surf and beginner boards to surf schools across Australia. Born and bred on the Surfcoast of Victoria, founder Paul Garrard's mission is to make surfing fun, safe, and accessible to everyone.

Gboards offers a range of carefully designed soft boards that provide the safest and easiest introduction to surfing. Made from a closed cell foam, these boards have a longer lifespan and are easier to repair compared to other soft boards that absorb water.
