Green Country Behavioral Health Services

Green Country Behavioral Health Services, Inc. (GCBHS) is a private, nonprofit behavioral health agency serving people of all ages in Muskogee and McIntosh Counties, Oklahoma. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, it provides confidential, accessible, evidence-based care for individuals and families experiencing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and related medical needs. Services are available in person and through telehealth.

GCBHS offers a broad range of integrated services, including outpatient mental health care, recovery support, crisis intervention, mobile crisis response for children, families, and adults, facility-based crisis stabilization, urgent recovery services, and coordinated care. The agency also provides free Narcan kits and fentanyl test strips to help address opioid overdose. Its programs are certified by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, which partially funds the organization.

GCBHS accepts SoonerCare, private insurance, and private pay. A discounted sliding fee schedule is available based on family size and income, and inability to pay does not prevent access to services.
