The GdP Direktionsgruppe Koblenz is a regional group of the Gewerkschaft der Polizei (GdP), Germany’s police union, serving members in the Koblenz area. Its website provides news, resources and information for police employees and union representatives, with dedicated groups for young members, women, salaried staff and retirees. The group supports members through workplace representation, training and access to practical services.

These include legal-protection information and application forms, contact details for DGB legal support, travel-expense forms, and resources for senior members. The site also shares newsletters, union updates and information about the GdP’s representation on the staff council. Training for workplace representatives is a recurring activity, including seminars for tariff-group representatives and women.

For retirees, the group promotes events and an online consultation service. Community activities include creative competitions for the GdP family calendar and a programme of senior events organised with the GdP Federal Police district and senior associations in Hesse, Saarland and Rhineland-Palatinate. Overall, the group combines member support, communication, education and social activities within the regional police-union community
