About Geartrust
GEAR (Generating Employment Alternatives for Self-Reliance) is a registered Trust in Pakistan that aims to provide financial support to skilled and unskilled individuals, enabling them to achieve self-sustainability with honor and dignity. GEAR offers various programs and services to empower underprivileged individuals in society. Their Self Employment Program provides interest-free loans and training to men and women from less affluent backgrounds, helping them establish their own businesses.
GEAR also offers an Education Program, School Readiness Program, Higher Education Project, and Secondary School program to promote learning and development. Additionally, GEAR provides support to women through their Women Empowerment Program and Ulema Self-Employment Program. They also have an Agri-Based Financing Program and a Clothing Bank Program.
GEAR has a strong core team and has funded thousands of families since its establishment. By creating sustainable financial resources and a support system, GEAR is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of underprivileged individuals and communities
