Geburt im Vertrauen

Geburt im Vertrauen is a birth-preparation brand founded by Angelina, a medical student and mother of two, to help expectant parents prepare for a gentle, self-directed pregnancy and birth. Its approach combines mental preparation, including methods such as Hypnobirthing, with medical background information and support for building confidence. The aim is to help women understand their options, make informed decisions, and communicate with doctors and midwives as partners, while keeping both the natural birth process and medical safety in view.

The brand offers courses, coaching, inspiration, and pregnancy and birth resources, as well as a free introductory appointment and a free community for pregnant women. Its guidance addresses choices about pregnancy examinations, possible interventions, natural alternatives, and ways to prepare for different birth outcomes. Geburt im Vertrauen welcomes people considering hospital, birth-centre, home, or unassisted births, and encourages active reflection rather than leaving preparation to chance. Angelina draws on her own positive birth-centre experiences to support families seeking a birth they can remember with strength and confidence.
