General Education and Development for Youth on Large as A Web (GEDY-LAW) Founded in 2019 by Ethiopian youth, GEDY-LAW has been providing free legal education and advice via online platforms. Through blogs, videos, and messaging, it bridges justice gaps, reaching more than 11,000 with legal posts, 300 with consultations, and 700,000 on civil legal issues, peace building, environmental protection and grassroot community empowerment. In 2024, it became a registered CSO, expanding its impact. Now, GEDY-LAW focuses on legal training, policy advocacy, digital outreach, community partnerships and tailored developmental project implementations to empower Ethiopians.
