About Geelong Discus
Geelong Discus is a premium discus store based in Geelong, devoted to the passion of aquatics and the art of freshwater aquarium design. Founded by Dr. Khoo, an enthusiastic tropical fish keeper from Malaysia, Geelong Discus has evolved from a hobby into a prominent supplier of top-quality discus fish across Australia. Dr. Khoo's journey began at the age of five and has been marked by extensive hands-on experience in breeding and caring for both domestic and wild discus.
The business, owned and operated by Sharon, combines a deep understanding of discus husbandry with a wealth of knowledge in finance and operational excellence. Together, they ensure optimal living conditions for their fish through meticulous attention to diet and water quality, notably with Sharon's renowned homemade beef heart mix.
Committed to sustainable and ethical practices, Geelong Discus emphasizes transparency and quality, personally importing their fish to guarantee health and vitality. They actively engage with top breeders in Malaysia, selecting the finest strains to offer discerning aquarists exceptional discus fish and unparalleled service.
