GenDocs is a document management and validation solution from Inova Soluções Educacionais, designed for higher education institutions. It uses artificial intelligence to analyze student-submitted documents, verify document types and required fields, and provide students with real-time feedback so they can correct submissions before completing the process. By automating document review and data collection, GenDocs helps academic teams reduce manual effort and spend more time on oversight and student support.

The platform can update student registration details in an institution’s academic system after document collection, helping maintain consistent information for diplomas, certificates, declarations, and other official records. Its implementation includes documented APIs for integration with academic systems, student access through the institution’s portal, and a management module for academic staff. GenDocs also offers Gendog, a virtual agent that supports students and staff in real time. The company cites a higher education case involving more than 500,000 students, with over 1.2 million fields analyzed, 95% document analysis accuracy, and recognition of more than 325 document types.
