R. L. is a Romanian company with fully private capital, established in 1997 and headquartered in Constanta.
Since its inception, the company has grown as a result of contracts with the Constanta shipyards and Daewoo Mangalia Heavy Industries, providing sandblasting and painting activities. With a well-trained and experienced management team composed of specialized engineers and qualified personnel, the company expanded its operations in 2006 to include civil and industrial construction and special rehabilitation and protection works for concrete structures. Over the years, the company has reinvested its profits in equipping and outfitting with machinery specific to these types of works, ensuring its availability and the necessary strength to undertake contracts of increasing scale and value.
