Generation CEO e.V.

Generation CEO is an exclusive peer network for women in senior leadership across the German-speaking region and internationally. Founded in 2007 by Heiner Thorborg, the organization brings together more than 270 members, including C-level executives, board members, and entrepreneurs from a wide range of industries. Its members share leadership experience, support one another, and work together to shape a more equitable economy and increase the visibility of women’s leadership.

The network is built around empowerment, excellence, exclusivity, experience, and community, with an emphasis on meaningful exchange and quality connections. Generation CEO offers a curated environment for members to share expertise, develop ideas, and build professional relationships on equal terms. It also publishes thought leadership and news on business, leadership, technology, and the changing workplace through its newsroom.
