Created by certified professional coach Sarah T. Its Nervous System Weather check-in uses an iPhone camera-based pulse reading to estimate heart-rate variability and present it as simple weather; Apple Health can also connect compatible Apple Watch readings. The app offers guided self-hypnosis and reset audio, including the Silent Crash series, alongside a private journal that supports text or voice entries. Users can also join The Sanctuary, a moderated community for women sharing similar experiences, and optionally use Quinn, an AI companion that is not a clinician.
