About Geoffrey C. Smith Galleries
Geoffrey C. Smith Galleries is a brand dedicated to showcasing the incredible work of American wildlife sculptor, Geoffrey C. Smith.
Based in Stuart, Florida, Geoffrey's art is inspired by the beauty of nature and the environment. His most famous creation is the iconic Stuart Sailfish, an impressive 18-foot tall sculpture that has become a symbol of the city. Geoffrey's artistic style can be described as loose, capturing the essence of his subjects through basic elements like fingerprints, suggesting feathers or fur.
Each of his bronze sculptures is meticulously crafted using the ancient lost-wax casting process, creating enduring masterpieces. He takes pride in personally proofing and signing each work before they are released as small, limited editions. Geoffrey's talent has garnered recognition and commissions from esteemed individuals and organizations, including The Vatican, President George Bush, and Vice-President Dan Quayle.
He is a member of the prestigious Society of Animal Artists and is represented by fine art galleries across the United States. Discover the awe-inspiring world of Geoffrey C. Smith Galleries and experience the power of nature through his remarkable artwork
