Geometki is a community-powered guide to interesting places and attractions, helping travelers discover destinations across Russia and the CIS, as well as places around the world. Its collection brings together natural landmarks, mountain peaks, waterfalls, historic monuments, religious buildings, engineering structures, and abandoned sites. Each location can include GPS coordinates, photographs, descriptions, and ratings or reviews contributed by travelers, making it easier to explore places and plan visits using practical, firsthand information.

Visitors can browse an interactive map, explore all listed locations, or search by category. Registered users and contributors can add places, upload photos, share descriptions, and rate or review locations. A news feed highlights recent community activity, while lists of active users and popular categories showcase contributions and current interests. With thousands of mapped locations and an expanding collection of traveler-submitted content, Geometki offers a way to find notable attractions, including lesser-known destinations that may be difficult to discover through conventional travel guides.
