GeoProspex is an AI-powered land intelligence platform designed to help architects, engineers, developers, and investors assess properties and make informed development decisions. Formerly known as dodda.ai, the platform brings together land prospecting, acquisition research, spatial information, and pre-development feasibility analysis. Users select a parcel and receive insights about its development potential, helping turn site research that can take days into results in minutes.

GeoProspex supports land due diligence with tools for zoning interpretation, parcel-level analysis, and site feasibility. Users can investigate questions such as whether a parcel may support an accessory dwelling unit, what parking requirements apply, which setbacks or restrictions may affect a project, and which development options fit a budget. The platform is built around land development data and workflows, rather than general-purpose AI alone, to provide actionable insights for evaluating sites. GeoProspex is available through Google Cloud Marketplace, with deployment and administration supported through the Google Cloud ecosystem.
