GeorgiaCourtRecords. us is a privately operated informational website that helps the public understand Georgia’s judiciary and learn how to locate court and other public records. It provides overviews of the state’s court structure, the roles and jurisdictions of different courts, and guidance on obtaining records from official custodians under the Georgia Open Records Act.

Resources cover criminal, civil, family, traffic, probate, juvenile, and municipal court matters, with information organized by court type and county. The site also points visitors to court-related agencies, case inquiry systems, e-filing services, jury information, and county court offices. Depending on availability, its content may include guidance or access to information about criminal histories, arrests, jail records, sex offender databases, and public crime statistics.

The website states that it is not affiliated with Georgia government agencies and does not guarantee record accuracy or completeness; results can vary by county. It also offers people-search and report services, which may require registration or purchase
