German SF Wiki is a collaborative project dedicated to creating a comprehensive reference work on science fiction, fantasy, and fantastical content. Launched in November 2023, the platform already boasts over 1,600 articles in German, providing valuable insights into various topics within these genres. It operates on principles similar to Wikipedia, aiming to preserve knowledge that may be lost from private servers. Contributors are encouraged to add their expertise, correct existing entries, or enhance information for the benefit of all readers.

The Wiki is currently in a beta phase and invites individuals passionate about the genres to join its organization team as volunteer subject editors. Ideal candidates possess a keen interest in science fiction and fantasy, along with writing and editing skills. Articles must adhere to neutrality and clarity to ensure lasting value. Users can engage with the platform by creating accounts, participating in discussions, and contributing to a growing repository of fantastical content. The anticipated completion of the current phase is set for March 31, 2025.
