GES Advisory

GES Advisory Company provides guidance and development services for high school football players and their families as they consider college and university options. Led by President Glenn “Shemy” Schembechler, the company draws on his 18 years of talent-evaluation experience and background in the football industry, including work evaluating talent for successful programs and experience as an NFL talent evaluator.

GES Advisory’s program is designed to help players identify colleges where they can be challenged academically and athletically, continue developing, and prepare for careers beyond football. Services begin with a thorough review of each prospect’s game film. Players receive a report outlining their strengths, areas for improvement, and an overall assessment from a scout with NFL experience. The company then uses that evaluation to recommend ways to improve across their game.

GES Advisory also connects players with a national network spanning football programs from NAIA to Division I. Its stated aim is to provide trusted, accountable advice, broaden exposure, and support each prospect’s development throughout their playing career while encouraging an education that can serve them for a lifetime.
