Gestalt Financial Group supports independent financial advisors with a structured planning framework designed to help clients make durable decisions through changing market conditions. Its central offering, the Gestalt Method, combines training, planning resources, and ongoing support to help advisors build and grow practices without relying solely on forecasts or probability-of-success scores.

The method draws on three principles: focusing on core financial fundamentals, connecting related parts of a client’s finances, and asking questions so clients develop ownership of their decisions. Its planning approach includes an income floor, a portfolio waterfall intended to reduce forced selling during downturns, and coordinated attention to surplus, tax efficiency, and regular monitoring.

Gestalt serves independent advisors at different career stages, referral partners, and larger firms seeking a consistent training platform. Advisors retain their own businesses; joining the firm’s RIA is not required. The organization offers a complete planning process, onboarding and training, support staff, and access to institutional relationships. It also provides a working paper describing the method’s ideas and research context.
