GESTAR es un Instituto de Estudios y Formación Política del justicialismo. Fue creado el 7 de junio de 2010 por el Consejo Nacional del PJ con el objetivo de contar con cuadros políticos - técnicos cada vez más capacitados. Con más de 10 años de trayectoria, Gestar es una usina de debate, formación política y capacitación con la cual el peronismo busca brindar herramientas de gestión a los futuros dirigentes de la Argentina, a través de instancias de formación presenciales y virtuales de alcance federal y equitativo.
